Aprovechando el compromiso decidido que Citytv ha tomado en la solución de problemas que aquejan sensiblemente a nuestra comunidad, quiero resumir mi queja como sigue: el 31 de marzo 2009, funcionarios de la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil (localidad Fontibón)fueron al barrio Ciudad Salitre a tomar la foto correspondiente y diligenciar los documentos pertinentes para mi nueva cédula de ciudadanía 14.214.202. Me indicaron allí que yo podía reclamarla al cabo de seis meses, es decir, en septiembre 2009,en la Registraduría de Fontibón. Pero, después de 9 meses y, a pesar de hacer mi verificación diaria en la internet, siempre aparece la nota de “su solicitud del documento está próximo a iniciar su proceso de producción”. Personalmente fui a la Registraduría de Fontibón y allá me dicen que tengo que seguir esperando hasta finales de diciembre.Qué hago para que se acabe esta tomadera de pelo? Es el mismo problema de miles de colombianos

El pasado 24 de noviembre compre un cachorrito en una tienda de mascotas porque mi hijo siempre habia querido una mascota soy una persona de escasos recurzos y deseempleada hize hasta lo imposible para complacer a mi hijo de 10 años, y fui y lo compre resulta que a los tres dias de comprado el cachorrito se empezo a sentir mal lo lleve a la tienda y no me respondieron, entoces como pude consegui y lo lleve al veterinario y este le realizo unos laboratorios y resulta que el perrito venia enfermo desde la tienda con una enfermedad mortal que se llama moquillo canino, mi hijo ya estaba muy encariñado con el perrito y no hace sino llorar por el, finalmente lo tuvieron que hospitalizar a

Señores citytv el dia de hoy me estoy quejando contra los policias del transito ya que me parese injusto que pongan partes e inmovilisen automoviles sin tener en cuenta la opinion del conductor. Hoy inmovilizaron varios automoviles cerca de la estacion de la sabana segun ellos los carros tenian problemas de gases pero lo peor de todo es que en ningun momento utilizaron alguno de esos aparatos que suelen utilizar para la revicion, al igual cuando se les dijo que el carro tenia el certificado de gases y que se vencia en agosto a ellos no les importo lo unico que les importo era el dinero o los costos que le acarrearian a estas conductores que salen a buscar el pan para sus familias, a otros conductores tampoco les prestaron atencion ya que uno de ellos se encontraba en reparaciones y arreglos del automovil para la evaluacion de gases que se le hacerca pero al igual que a otros tambien le inmovilizaron el carro y tambien tubo que pagar una suma de dinerio que creo que es injusta. La verdad es que a los policias de transito lo unico que les importa es colocar partes injustificados y cuando de verdad es justificado no los colocan

Hago un fuerte llamado de atencion a la empresa de servicios temporales AFENPE LTDA quien hasta hoy dia 14 de enero del presente año no ha realizado el pago de los aportes de liquidacion a los empleados del Hospital de Engativa. Hasta el momento tenemos conocimiento de que dicha temporal piensa desaparecer y muy posible con nuestros aportes, como es posible que esto este pasando, ademas el contador y el representante legal de la temporal ha desaparecido y no sabemos nada de el para que de la cara por nuestros aportes.

Señores city noticias en nombre de la comunidad de bosa acudimos a ustedes para hacer la denuncia de la asignacion de cupos para los colegios de la localidad pues hay una mala atencion en el cadel de bosa ya que solo estan repartiendo 100 fichas cuando hay casi 400 personas esperando desde las dos de la mañana estando casi para entrar los estudiantes al colegio quisieramos que nos ayudaran a solucionar este incombeniente.

Quisiera que ustedes me ayudaran: Soy docente y me presente al concurso de docentes publicado por la comision nacinal del servicio civil del 2009. Hasta la fecha no han salido listas de elegibles y el proceso se esta demorando demasiado; agregado a esto los docentes que nos presentamos al concurso y que pasamos las pruebas, quedamos desempleados ya la deriva puesto que ninguna institución va a contratar un docente que posiblemente se va de la institucion antes de terminar el periodo escolar.El colegio donde trabajaba, tiene conveno con el distrito y nos informaron que cadel había sido enfático en decir que debían contratar personas que NO hubieran PRESENTADO el concurso. Por ahora estamos desempleados y preocupados porque en ninguna institucion nos van a contratar y por si fuera poco nisiquiera estamos seguros que el Distrito lo va a hacer.
AGRADEZCO SU INTERVENCION EN ESTE PROBLEMA Y OJALA NOS PUEDAN COLABORAR A MILES DE DOCENTES QUE ESPERAN UNA RESPUESTA.

Mi queja es para la trabajadora social KAROL XIMENA BABATIVA ya que se ha empeñado en quitarnos a mi sobrino que se encuentra hospitalizado en la clinica CANDELARIA cra 23 n 63a sur TEL 7178001 ya que argumenta que no a visto entusiasmo de los padres hacia el bebe porqe son menores de edad. hemos investigado y el articulo 22 derecho a tener una familia ya no ser separado de ella, nos dirigimos al UPA de candelaria y nos dijeron que esta funcionaria se esta saltando unos parametros y el proceso no se encuentra habierto en bienestar familiar nos comunicamos telefonicamente con bienestar familiar y alli nos dicen que este proceder no es el debido pero no hacen nada.
por este motivo tenemos miedo en que nos roben al niño ye que esta asistiendo una supuesta madre susutituta a la clinica a quien le brindan informacion y de igual manera lo puede ver sin problema alguno quisiera saber con quien tengo que hablar oa quien me tengo que dirigir para que nos hagan valer nuestros derechos como familia del niño.

Soy fiel televidente de las noticias de city tv ya que me parece que hacen valer los derechos de nosotros los ciudadanos, aunque en esta oportunidad ya no se ha quien recurrir pues mi caso es el siguiente; mi hija de seis añitos le salio cupo para el distrito en el colegio castilla en la jornada de la mañana para primero, teniendo en cuenta que mi hijo estudia allí haciendo cuarto grado; vivo un poco retirada del colegio, por lo tanto mi hijo tiene el servicio de ruta escolar por parte de la secretaria de educación no obstante a mi hija no me le han dado servicio de ruta a pesar de que me informaron que por tener hermano en el colegio le daban prioridad. La solicitud la pase aproximadamente hace veinte dias, entregue los documentos que me exigieron ya la fecha nadie me soluciona el problema puesto que del colegio me mandan al cadel de kennedy, en donde la persona encargada no es capaz ni de dar una respuesta coherente y precisa lo único que sabe decir es que se debe esperar las nuevas listas en donde supuestamente los niños deben salir anotados, han transcurrido un mes y nadie me da razón, ni la monitora de la ruta, ni el orientador del colegio quien es el encargado de las rutas y mucho menos el cadel, es importante mencionar que no soy la única que acarrea este problema somos varios padres de familia que hoy en horas de la mañana se acercaron al cadel y como las personas que habían allí se alborotaron cerraron y no volvieron abrir que hazta el lunes contando que se encontraba un canal privado haciendo la emisión de lo que sucedia.
Estaré inmensamente agradecida si ustedes me pueden colaborar ya los demas padres de familia con este percance con nuestros hijos.

Señores city les pido me presten atencion: soy trabajadora del hospital engativa tengo dos denuncias la primera es directamente con el hospital como puede ser posible que en el mes febrero al personal de planta si le hayan pagado a tiempo su salario correspondiente al mes de enero ya nosotros los de contrato nos hayan tenido penando hasteel20 de febrero y esopor que iba la secretaria de salud ya que estan en habilitacion, ante nuestras preguntas sobre el porque de la demora de los pagos no obteniamos respesta pues lo que nos decia el subgerente era que teniamos que esperar que el hospital no teniaplata. eso por un lado. mi otra denuncia es contra la temporal AFENPE ya que teniamos contrato conellos desde el dia 16 de julio de 2009 y finalizo el dia 31 de octubre desde ese dia estamos en proceso que nos paguen lo correspondiente a liquidacion de vacaciones, primas y cesantias. nos dijeron que pasaramos una solicitud yo la pase en noviembre me dieron la cita para el 11 de diciembre para firmar la liquidacion yo fuy a firmarla dejando escrito que firmaba haciendo constancia que no habia recibido este dinero. Nos dijeron que en 20 dias habiles tendriamos nuestro dinero hoy 1 de MARZO no he recibido este dinero llamo a esta tempora lo me dirijo hasta alla y lo que nos dices las personas que alli laboran Lus Edy Restrepo y Aura es que ellas no saben que eso toca con el gerente el Señor Delain Arias el cual no ha puesto la cara desde el dia que firmamos contrato tambien nosdicen que toca con la oficina de pagos perono nos dan numero de telefono ni nada quisiera que ustedes siendo un medio periodistico que apoya a la poblacion bogotana nos ayudaran para que ellos nos den una respuesta ya que estan pagando por grupos de personas. quisiera que por favor me enviaran respuesta a mi correo. gracias Dis los siga Bendiciendo.
Desafortunadamente la denuncia publicada por mi tocaya no ha recibido respuesta desde ninguna entidad, ni pública ni privada. A pesar de que hemos tocado puertas desde la justicia y entes reguladoras como la Superintendencia de Sociedades nadie ha hecho nada al respecto. Hoy 28 de abril, seis meses después de nuestra finalización del contrato ya ni siquiera se está atendiendo en la supuesta sede ubicada en la Cra 9 # 17-24 ni se contesta el teléfono 3419413. Al parecer el señor Delain se salió con la suya y se robó no sé cuantos millones de pesos de nuestras liquidaciones, cesantías, vacaciones y demás, pues un gran número de trabajadores del hospital nos quedamos sin obtener respuesta o dinero. A mi supuestamente me habían dicho que me encontraba en una lista de pago programada para el 15 de abril (después de haber aplazado mi pago no sé cuantas veces y haber firmado la liquidación en noviembre de 2009) y esta es la hora que no hay nada. Por otra parte considero totalmente irrespetuoso y hasta sospechoso el hecho de que el hospital de Engativá no se haya pronunciado para nada, ni que haya mediado en este problema, ya que ellos fueron los que licitaron y contrataron con esta empresa…supongo que quien otorgó el contrato tuvo buen dinero de por medio para que “nos entregara” a semejante empresucha que funcionaba en una oficina de 2×3 y no en la ostentosa sede que muestran en su página de internet http://afenpe.com/ .
En conclusión ya la empresa se voló y nadie hizo nada…
No se para que nos tomamos la molestia de escribir en estos sitios, a la hora del te ni siquiera los de CityNoticias lo leen. Esta denuncia ha sido repetitiva, y nadie se ha pronunciado al respecto…..y la plata de nuestras liquidaciones sigue en el limbo…
El señor Delain Arias es un gerente que sabe tratar bien a sus empleados. Es una persona que sobresale dentro de aquellas que lo rodean. DIOS lo bendiga por que es un hombre inteligente, serio y honesto.

Bueno, y si es tan ìntegro ¿por qué no da la cara???. El hecho que trate bien a los empleados no implica que no haya hecho malos manejos de los dineros. Es cierto, yo no puedo hablar de lo que dezconozco, pero si puedo hablar de lo que conozco y lo que sè es que ya llevo casi más de un año detrás de mi liquidación y nadie me responde por el dinero. Las veces que fui a la oficina nunca me atendieron ni me dieron alguna razòn, y el teléfono nunca lo contestan. Si tenían alguna dificultad al menos debieron comunicarse y ser claros con nosotros, buscar un acuerdo o una alternativa o acuerdo de pago…pero siempre con evasivas y mentiras…es más, ya ni siquiera existe la página de internet.

Quiero solicitar a ustedes Sñores City tv para que nos colaboren con el caso de la constructora PIJAO. llevan 3 años en ventas del proyecto Santafe -Pijao ubocado en la 178 con autopista y no hay obras ni los Señores Peñaloza dan la cara.
Por favor esto es de suma urgencia ya que los coopropietarios con los que ya he tenidocontacto hemos pagado casi la totalidad del inmueble.

Compre el 3 de septiembre d 2007 y ya han dado 4 fechas de entrega. pido ayuda a la SUPER INTENDENCIA D ECONTROL Y VIVIENDA ya las entidades correspondientes para que se sercioren de que esta obra no tiene ni fantasmas trabajando y que el dinero de nostotros los compradores esta en peligro. Segun comentarios tengo entendido que los Señores Peñaloza eran SOCiOS de DMG y quedaron quebrados, por que la platica de todoa los compradores se fue para esa inversion.
Pido ayuda y que ojala las personas que visitan este proyecto, por ser tan visible no compren para no ser engañadas como nosotroS. mI CORREO ES yogoso123@hotmail.com , para los clientes engañados que se quieran unir para demandar.

Hola Giobany: nosotros “compramos” una casa sobre planos en el proyecto de Sabana Pijao con la constructora Pijao y de acuerdo con la promesa de compra-venta, la entrega del inmueble se haría a más tardar en este segundo semestre de 2010, sin embargo, a la fecha NO han comenzado la construcción y no nos han dado razones válidas del retraso, solo evasivas. Nos gustaría saber, si lo de el proyecto de ustedes ya avanzó, si finalmente ya les entregaron y en caso afirmativo en que condiciones, e información que ud crea que nos pueda servir para reclamar ante la constructora o ante una autoridad competente. Vale la pena comentar que hemos pagado según el compromiso que adquirimos con la constructora!
Ante quién nos podemos quejar o averiguar más? muchas gracias por compartir con nosotros su experiencia.

También adquirí sobre planos una casa del Proyecto Sábana Pijao de la Constructora Pijao y cómo comenta Coopropietarios Pijao, la constructora no ha dado señales de inciar la obra que quedó de entregar en este segundo sementres. Cómo nos ponemos en contacto con otros compradores a fin de anuar esfuerzoa para exigirle a la Constructora la entrega de las casa o indemnización por daños económicos que se causarán si no entrega en el plazo. Me he enterado que las últimas casas vendidas de la primera etapa hasta ahora las están entregando (agosto, septiembre), tiempo mucho después del establecido, ya algunos propietarios la Constructora les han cubierto costos en lo que incurrieron los compradores, tales como pago de arrendamiento (descontado del precio de compra), devolución del dinero con multa,entre otros..
Se creo un sitio en facebook donde nos estamos comunicando varios copropietarios para enterarnos de lo que nos indica la constructora, te invito a unirte.

Quiero solicitar a ustedes Sñores City tv para que nos colaboren con un informe pediodisco en sus noticieros, sobre el caso de la sociedad colombiana de hoteles s,a la cual se encuentra bajo la “administracion de la DIRECCION NACINAL DE ESTUPEFACIENTES” y que a la fecha presenta un alto grado de deterioro sin que se tomen las medidas necesarias para concerbar el bien como lo dice la ley 785*
s de manifestar que a pesar de haber elevado diferentes derechos de petición, derechos de petición de información y solicitudes, a la Dirección Nacional de estupefacientes y entes de control del estado contraloría General de la Nación y Procuraduría General de la Nación; para que se indagara, verificara o confirmara la improcedencia de los actos administrativos que emanaron la resolución de entrega y ajuste de honorarios de la funcionaria “Señora ZAIRA SAMIRA VILLAMIL ALVAREZ”, que recibió el Deposito Provisional de la Sociedad Colombiana de Hoteles SA – En Ocupación.
En consecuencia a las reiteradas solicitudes, surgen las evasivas de al DNE por justificar las irregularidades de la adjudicación indebida del bien; requeriamos la revocatoria del acto administrativo en procedencia del derecho legítimo que nos asistìa, contenido en los artículos 82, 84 del Código Contenciosos Administrativo, que por los actos resolutorios no haber sido surtidos en cumplimiento a los requerimientos legales de manera eficiente y oportuna, verbigracia de las normas que los regulan y artículos contenidos dentro de las citadas resoluciones;Por los mismos medios manifesté evidenciaba la clara trasgresión al acto resolutorio de entrega, “resolución 1734. Articulo 9º. Cualquiera de las obligaciones señaladas en el mencionado acto administrativo, dará lugar a la revocatoria del mismo, sin perjuicio de las sanciones legales a que haya lugar”.
estos estaban viciados de nulidad, siendo inconsecuente mantenerlos en firme por ser opuesto a la ley 785 de 2002, Articulo 6. Sustentación de la generación de ahorro a su presupuesto, articulo 4. Para que sea procedente la destinación provisional a las personas jurídicas de derecho privado, el bien deberá estar amparado con la constitución previa a su entrega de garantía real, bancaria o póliza contra todo riesgo expedida por una compañía de seguros legalmente establecida en Colombia.
Según concepto de la Contraloría General de la Nación, a la fecha de la entrega real no se encontraba surtido el requerimiento normativo, resultando notoriamente violatorio a las normas susodichas.
Siendo demostrable la fecha que la funcionaria ha hecho una gestión deficiente, ineficaz e inconstante, incrementando presuntamente los gastos administrativos por concepto de honorarios a abogados, gastos de sus asesores y viáticos de la misma funcionaria.
Es desconcertante el recibir de la DNE respuestas a los derechos de petición, con una retorica basada en elucubraciones que eluden aparentemente de algún modo la responsabilidad; lo anterior para no reaccionar en función del contenido administrativo de la DNE sobre el bien en cuestión.
Sobre entendemos que dicha entidad debiera estar al servicio de los intereses generales del estado con el debido respeto por la constitución y las normas, sus funcionarios administrativos debieran coordinar sus actuaciones para el adecuado cumplimiento a los fines del Estado, procurando se desarrolle con fundamento en los principios de igualdad, moralidad, eficacia, economía, celeridad, imparcialidad y respeto por las normas y los derechos fundamentales especialmente de los trabajadores, para lo cual cuentan con un control interno que debiera ejercer en los términos que señala la ley.
“OCULTARON” POR VARIOS AÑOS LA EXISTENCIA DE 83 HECTAREAS APROXIMADAMENTE, UBICADAS EN LA ISLA BARU.
OCULTAN LA EXISTENCIA DE TRES CASAS DE PROPIEDAD DE LA SOCIEDAD UBICADAS AL NORTE DE BOGOTÀ. MANIFESTARON QUE DICHOS BIENES HABIAN SIDO RECLASIFICADOS Y DESTINADOS AL PROGRAMA DE REINSERCION DE LA PRESIDENCIA DE LA REPUBLICA.
ENTREGARON EL BIEN MEDIANTE PROCEDIMIENTO POLITICO, SIN EL CUMPLIMIENTO DE LOS REQUERIMIENTOS NORMATIVOS DURANTE 14 AÑOS, LO CUAL HA GENERADO UN DETERIORO PAULATINO Y ABANZADO DE LOS ACTIVOS DE LA SOCIEDAD.
ESTA DENUCIA PUEDE SER SOPORTADA CON DOCUMENTOS QUE PRUEBAN EL PROCEDEER INADECUADO DE LA DNE Y DESMENBRAMIENTO DE BIENES `PERTENECIENTES A LA SOCIEDAD Y COLOCADOS A NOBRE DE TERCEROS POR LOS DEPOSITARIOS QUE AN DESFILADO POR LA ADMINISTRACION DE DICHA ENTIDAD*
AGRADESCO LA COLABORACION PRESTADA A LA ANTERIOR DENUNCIA Y COMO ME A SIDO IMPOSIBLE SER ESCUCHDO POR OTROS MEDIOS ME PERMITO DEJAR MIS DATOS PERSONALES TENIENDO ENCUENTA QUE DE LA EMPRESA DEPENDEN DIRECTAMENTE UN NUMERO 100 FAMILIAS EN LA REGION.
